Fun On The Run can refill Keg Co2 cylinders with a high food grade Co2 that is stored in aluminum C2 storage cylinders, which means no rust in the Co2. The average Co2 refill takes about 5 minutes and can be done while you wait.
Co2 gas is used for dispensing draft beer. It pressurizes the beer keg so that the beer can flow out of the tap. The keg is pressurized to 8-14 psi depending on several factors including beer density, line elevation, and temperature. The Co2 cylinder when full is pressurized to 800 psi @ room temperature. Co2 bottles are measured in pounds. Most common Co2 Keg cylinders are between 2.5 to 20 pound bottles.
Here is a list on the average of how many kegs each cylinder of Co2 will last:
· 2.5 lb. Co2 Cylinder will last about 5 kegs
· 5 lb. Co2 Cylinder will last about 10 kegs
· 10 lb. Co2 Cylinder will last about 20 kegs
· 20 lb. Co2 Cylinder will last about 40 kegs
